翼上应急门灯亮的特殊情况

有航司反映在机队中出现了由于翼上应急门锁作动迟缓,导致翼上应急门灯亮的情况。

通常情况下,前后两个翼上应急门电门共同来指示门的开关情况。

而飞行锁,在S1147锁电门未闭合或者延迟超过1.5秒的情况下,也会导致OVERWING灯点亮。如下蓝色提供供电信号,黄色提供飞行锁的激励条件,红色提供指示灯的接地信号。

在排故中需要注意区分指示电门和飞行锁电门导致的故障区别,值得注意的是,当飞行锁电门故障时,可能会触发PSEU灯亮的锁定信息,需清除方可放行。一般导致的为52-72008代码。

外表清洁度对飞机油耗的影响

波音认为外表清洁度,在运行情况下,对飞机油耗的降低,几乎可以忽略不计。在刚清洗的飞机阻力大概降低0.1%,油耗大概降低0.07%-0.1%。但一投入运行,基本上就被污染了。而抛光对机体油耗的降低不产生效用。

HNA could see about a 0.1% improvement in drag for washing a dirty aircraft (of course it is a temporary benefit as it will begin getting dirty again as soon as put it back in operation).

A 0.1% improvement in drag translates into about a 0.07% – 0.1% decrease in fuel burn, depending on the distance flown.  i.e., washing produces only a very, very small improvement which may not be measurable in service.

In addition, polishing an aircraft does not reduce the fuel burn much, if at all.
