737NG传统构型冲压进气门摇臂断裂

2023年9月,B-5*79反应下降时按压再现左组件PACK灯亮,能复位 。

1,地面检查发现左侧冲压进气门保持在关闭,无法作动。更换作动器和摇臂。

2,后再次反映空中左组件再现亮,检查左冲压进气门和折流门机连杆机构,曲柄作动正常,无卡滞。后进一步检查发现连接冲压空气作动器的摇臂连接螺栓(图中1处)断裂。

3,至此,应该比较明确,以上两个损伤失效,都是结果。应该是由于作动机构中存在了偏移,导致在作动器作动过程中,摇臂被硬别断的。

4,在安排检查的过程中,再次发生了摇臂被别断的情况,并且摇臂螺钉断裂,连杆机构一颗钉松脱,详细检查发现调节门的一个滑块从滑轨脱出。

重装后正常,

关于件号为700750-111打印机可靠性调查

机队中仅SARS构型飞机选装了件号为700750-111打印机,平均TSI仅有602FH,可靠性较低。从调查情况看,有以下特征:1,普遍部件在翼时间较长,最高24年,平均15.63年。2,故障分布较为分散,打印头、滚筒、电路板等均匀分布。3,新件的可靠性也不高,在2023年引入了一个新件,但同样在几百个小时后失效,相对其他构型的打印机,可靠性则高达1万以上。为了降低故障率,厂家文发布SL -18 -001 ,需要购买新款的ToughWriter 5打印机并通过改装的方式替换700750 -111 打印机。从经济性上评估并不经济,建议随老飞机退租,逐渐降低机队比例。

MAX部分试车程序中关车后要求冷转步骤的解释

近期一线工作中反映,在AMM手册中,涉及慢车渗漏检查、慢车系统测试等程序中,在步骤中有发动机关车后仍需再做一个干冷转2分钟的要求,在试车手册中未体现,在其他机型上也少见。

经核实,在LEAP-1B正常发动机关车程序中并无此步骤要求,之所以会在某些试车程序的步骤中有此要求,是因为在这些程序中,当发动机关车后,后续还紧跟有打开包皮接近检查或进行其它相关工作的步骤,因此在关车后增加2分钟干冷转,是为了对发动机进行快速冷却,以便后续工作开展。

CFM confirms Hainan Airlines understanding iscorrect. The purpose of dry motoring after shutdown in the referenced AMM tasks is to cool down the engine to make it accessible for maintenance personnel. This is a standard process for maintenance tasks which differ from anormal engine shutdown.
