2024年有飞机在定检试车后左发有ENG 1 CONTROL和ENG 1 REVERSER状态信息,伴随NOT ACTIVE 73-42701 ENGINE-1 EEC CHANNEL-B AIRCRAFT POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE维护信息,参考IFIM完成信息清除,完成EEC系统测试、收放反推测试、慢车测试均正常,无状态和维护信息。此类信息机队首次发生,以做记录。
后量线检查EEC B DP2B pin P/R–DP21B pin 10/3导通阻值正常;预防性更换了EEC B和R576继电器,试车测试正常。
2024年11月,737MAX(B-20XC)飞机在某天的某个航段中双发先后出现PS3超限信息:COMPRESSOR DISCHARGE PRESSURE (PS3) SENSOR IS OUT OF RANGE,发动机工作正常,落地后先是维护灯亮,滑行过程中双发EEC控制灯亮,后续滑到位后双发EEC控制灯熄灭,只有维护灯亮,检查状态页有ENG 2 CONTROL和ENG 1 CONTROL信息,OMF当前页面有ENG 2 CONTROL ACTIVE 和ENG 1 CONTROL ACTIV信息,均对应73-43304 | COMPRESSOR DISCHARGE PRESSURE (PS3) SENSOR IS OUT OF RANGE |DETECTED BY: ENGINE-2 EEC CHANNEL-B | Active | Hard | Cruise | 无 | 无 | 22-Nov-2024 06:26:00 新警告 73-43303 | COMPRESSOR DISCHARGE PRESSURE (PS3) SENSOR IS OUT OF RANGE |DETECTED BY: ENGINE-2 EEC CHANNEL-A | Active | Hard | Cruise | 无 | 无 | 22-Nov-2024 06:07:00 新警告 排故工作完成双发PSS、PS3、P3B管路吹除,参考 AMM71-00-00-700-808-G00执行双发 Test No. 32 – Engine Idle System Test测试正常。
根据CFM分析,PS3压力超限(Out of Range, EEC故障代码330),PS3压力不一致(Disagree,EEC故障代码329)和P3B压力不一致(Disagree, EEC故障代码298)这些故障信息可能是PS3信号管或PSS组件水汽结冰堵塞的早期迹象,将有可能导致后续的航班延误或取消。CFM建议在下一个方便的机会采取必要的措施来解决观察到的发动机状况。在执行维护工作之前,发动机面临双通道故障(不可放行)的风险增加,此警告可能由发动机当前航段快照报告中的EEC故障代码触发。然而,一个已知EEC软件逻辑问题可能导致故障航段报告增加,当前面的航段被报告为发生在当前航段时,就会发生这种情况。为了解决这一问题并防止在随后的飞行中报告先前的故障,有必要记录EEC生成的故障消息,然后从EEC存储器中删除EEC生成的维护消息。
厂家建议工作通常如下(仅供参考),也可参考EO-COM-73-2022-009的步骤执行。
1. CFM recommends taking the necessary actions to resolve the observed engine condition(s). The following recommendations may aide in the troubleshooting process.
2. CFM recommends applying the PSS system warm-up procedure per Service Bulletin 71-0004 until Service Bulletin 73-0014 is completed, if extended grounds times have occurred per SB 71-0004.
3. CFM recommends performing Service Bulletin 73-0014 on the faulted engine to remove moisture from the PSS unit and PS3 and P3B sense lines at the next convenient maintenance opportunity. Additionally, it is recommended to perform Service Bulletin 73-0014 on the sister engine at the same or subsequent convenient maintenance opportunity. a) If the PSS, PS3, and P3B sensing system blowout and vacuum procedure cannot be performed, the Pressure Sub System (PSS) may be replaced as an alternate action. Replace the PSS per AMM tasks 73-21-11-000-801-G00 and 73-21-11-400-801-G00. NOTE: When removing the PSS, CFM recommends that the PS3 and P3B lines be cleared of any moisture by blowing clean compressed air or nitrogen into the end of lines where disconnected from the PSS (approximately 100 PSI not to exceed 200 PSI) for a minimum of 3 minutes. Continue until no moisture is observed exiting the sense line weep hole located at the 6:00 o’clock position in the aft location of the fan compartment. Reference AMM Task 73-21-11-160-801-G00.
4. The next following steps are necessary to complete with EEC Software Version 6.73 and previous versions to prevent PSS Freezing-related faults from affecting the monitoring capability by generating false indications of new faults detected. False indications could result in an unintended CNR.
5. Make a record of all engine faults present on the Onboard Maintenance Function (OMF) Fault History page.
6. Perform AMM Test No. 35 – Erase All Channel A Faults Special Functions Test per AMM TASK 71-00-00-700-811-G00.
7. Perform AMM Test No. 36 – Erase All Channel B Faults Special Functions Test per AMM TASK 71-00-00-700-812-G00.
8. Make sure the EEC MAINT POWER switch is set to NORM and the GND TESTS switch to NORM after completing the tests per AMM TASK 73-21-00-800-801-G00.
LEAP-1B发动机PSS组件主要用来监控HPC出口(10级)压力PS3、引气压力P3B、环境压力P0,将空气压力转换为电信号传递给EEC的组件,用于发动机推力计算与控制。发动机运行过程中,潮湿空气会随着PS3、P3B管路进入PSS组件内部,在起飞等高功率阶段,高压潮气会在PSS组件内部凝结成水或水汽。随着发动机长期运行,PSS内部会集聚过多水汽,冬季寒冷天气易冻结感压膜盒,导致PSS电压力信号错误或波动,造成发动机推力不稳定甚至推力控制丧失(Loss of thrust control),世界机队发生过1起地面中断起飞(ATO)和2起空中推力控制丧失(loss of thrust control)事件。
