1、机队中最常见到的是ENGINE-1/2 FAMV RVDT SIGNAL IS OUT OF RANGE(36-12030/1)信息,22架。这个信息通常是AHM监控或航后读取信息时发现。通常执行Electrical LRU – Replacement Test都是正常,但会反复出现。
2、对机队影响最大的是,ENGINE-1/2 FAMV IS NOT IN COMMANDED POSITION(36-12020/1),左7右0架。这个信息都会维护灯亮,并有状态信息。从历史经验看执行LRU Replacement Test, Pneumatic Engine Off – FAMV是可以消除掉该信息。且大多数情况,过站没有再次发生。
(a)Both Primary and Backup FAMV driver is commanding full open current (less than 2 mA) and one of the following conditions is met:1)Estimated precooler hot inlet temperature is valid and below 850 F (454.4 C) and MIN_TM more than 435 F (223.9 C). MIN_TM is the lower of TM1 and TM2.2)Overtemperature condition has occurred. TM more than 490 F (254.4 C) and HPSOV has not been declared failed open. MIN_TM is the lower of TM1 and TM2.
(b)Primary or Backup driver is commanding full closed current (more than 110 mA) and one of the following conditions is met:1)T3 Temperature and PS3 Pressure signals are valid and the following is satisfied: PS3 less than 100 psia (689 kPa) and T3 more/equal than 515 F (268.3 C) and MIN_TM less than 250 F (121.1 C). MIN_TM is the lower of TM1 and TM2.a)A fault in the Air Conditioning System where the left pack flow control and shutoff valve is in the near closed position can cause this condition to be true and result in a nuisance fault.2)T3 Temperature valid and MIN_TM less than 100 F (37.8 C). MIN_TM is the lower of TM1 and TM2.
(c)Primary or Backup driver is commanding full closed current (more than 110 mA) and RVDT FAMV Position angle reading is reported to be more than 15 deg (0.26 rad) away from the ideal full closed point. The check also requires that there is sufficient FAMV muscle pressure to hold the FAMV in the closed position via one of the following additional conditions needing to be met:1)PI Valid and PI more than Minimum FAMV muscle pressure 15 psig (103.4 kPa) – 65 psig (448.2 kPa).2)PI Not Valid and Estimated IP pressure valid and Est. IP Pressure more than Minimum FAMV muscle pressure 15 psig (103.4 kPa) – 65 psig (448.2 kPa).
当 FAMV 驱动器发出全闭指令但实际位置未完全关闭(偏差超过 15 度),并且系统压力足够(通过 PI 或估算的中间压力判断)时,会触发某种状态或警报。这通常意味着虽然指令发出,但阀门实际未按预期关闭,而系统压力又足够,可能暗示存在机械故障或其他异常。

该机起飞后,AHM 长沙-兰州航段触发状态信息 GEAR XFR VALVE CONTROL,关联维护信息29-22001 | PSEU NO ENGINE 1 RUNNING RELAY SIGNAL和 LNDG GEAR HYD XFR SYS B TO A event occurred,关联维护信息 29-23001 | PSEU LGTV HYDRAULIC FLUID TRANSFER WHEN ENGINE 1 NOT RUNNING。咨询机组反映,爬升的时候,左侧发动机次要参数出现(数据正常),无故障旗指示,机长检查左侧管道压力为0,10分钟左右,管道压力正常,发动机次要参数显示,后续一直正常。A系统液压油报文显示112,B系统液压油76,上一段长沙出港时A系统液压油96 ,B系统液压油97。咨询机组反映,爬升的时候,左侧发动机次要参数出现(数据正常),无故障旗指示,机长检查左侧管道压力为0,10分钟左右,管道压力正常,发动机次要参数显示,后续一直正常,地面检查左右轮舱通气plug无液压油痕迹,分别脱开AB系统的空气汽滤的上游管路和四通阀CROSS FITING 的管路,未见油迹,更换新汽滤;兰州航后完成自检当前和历史状态信息,维护信息,SMT信息正常,已反馈,依据IFIM Task G73-20-00-810-828完成测量S1221本体端导通性,测试正常,测量左发启动手柄内部电门S1 通断阻值,在IDLE位有跳变(26.1-108欧),S2 S3 S4 S5 S6 的通断阻值正常,测量D11288和D11286 PIN 15对地的阻值正常,依据AMM76-11-02更换S1221电门手柄,完成测试,检查正常。
二、典型特征
1、触发FDE:LNDG GEAR HYD XFR SYS B TO A event occurred(关联维护信息29-23001 PSEU LGTV HYDRAULC FLUID TRANSFER WHEN ENGINE 1 NOT RUNNING。
2、状态信息GEAR XFR VALVE CONTROL(关联维护信息29-22001 PSEU NO ENGINE1 RUNNING RELAY SIGNAL)。
3、SMT: ENG 1 EEC C2 (关联维护信息73-41560AIRCRAFT POWER VOLTAGEIS LOW DETECTED BY: ENGINE1 EEC CHANNEL-A AND CHANNEL:B, 73-43640 CHANNEL-A AND CHANNEL.B ANALOGENGINE START LEVER SIGNALS DO NOT AGREE IDETECTED BY: ENGINE-1 EEC)。
2025年5月,有B-13*7飞机反映右发启动不成功,第一次启动使用右点火,N2到58%不上升;第二次启动使用右点火N2到35%不上升;第三次使用双点火N2到30%多不上升,发动机控制灯亮,有 ENG 2 CONTROL状态信息(对应维护信息75-44704 VARIABLE STATOR VANE (VSV) IS FAILED OPEN),有74-42544 RIGHT IGNITION SYSTEM IS FAILED,74,-42494 LEFT IGNITION SYSTEM IS FAILED,71-43694ENGINE STALLED DURING START维护信息。检查发现P6-3 B3(C360 FUEL SPAR VALVE ENG 2)跳开关跳出。
维护信息27-01610 SPOILER 8 DOES NOT FOLLOW COMMANDED POSITION
排故中:
1、执行 ground test: 27 – Spoiler Control, SYSTEM TEST不通过,信息依然存在;
2、复位SCE跳开关无效,重装SCE,触发SPOILER CONTROL SYSTEM、TAKEOFF CONFIG,维护信息27-09003 ONBOARD MAINTENANCE FUNCTION HAS NO INPUT FROM SCE-3、27-09002 ONBOARD MAINTENANCE FUNCTION HAS NO INPUT FROM SCE-2 、27-09001 ONBOARD MAINTENANCE FUNCTION HAS NO INPUT FROM SCE-1,软件无法加载。
