关于DEU无法进入自检的说明

机队历史偶尔会出现DEU新件装机后发现无法进入自检的情况，通过对串DEU仍无法恢复，最终再次更换DEU后恢复正常。

针对DEU无法进入自检的情况，厂家发布了SIL对该问题做一说明，当出现CDS FAULT信息，同时无法进入自检时，通过复位DEU主用跳开关进行复位，若信息消失，则无需更换部件，以减少NFF的发生。目前FIM 31-62 TASK884已参考厂家SIL进行了更新。

针对CDS FAULT信息无法进入自检，或新件装机无法进入自检的情况，建议参考FIM和SIL进行检查后，若复位跳开关，重装或对串部件仍无效，则安排更换。

737数据记录的起始时间

1，FDR CONTROL LOGIC:

START: Recordings will only take place if either N2 is greater than 20 %RPM.（实测）

STOP: Stop recording will only take place if either N2 is less than 20 %RPM.

还有一个通用性说明如下：

The FDRS operates automatically when one of the engines is in operation((Engine running is when N2 > 50%)) or the airplane is in the air. lt also operates on the ground when you put theTEST/NORMAL switch on the flight recorder test module in the TESTposition.

2，QAR CONTROL LOGIC:

START: Recordings will only take place if either N2 is greater than 20 %RPM.

STOP: On the ground up to about 25 seconds after last engine shutdown.

3，WQAR 2G & 3G CONTROL LOGIC: BOEING

START: On the ground with one engine running (~ 20% of N2).

STOP: On the ground up to about 10 seconds after last engine shutdown.

4，WQAR 2G/3G LOGIC: Teledyne STC

START: On the ground with forward entry door is close.

STOP: On the ground up to about about 3 minutes after last engine shutdown.
