关于EDP供油接头安装封圈损伤导致漏油

2023年6月,有飞机实时监控有HYD ENG 2 LOW PRESSURE、L.E. AUTO SLAT、L.E. TRANSIT信息,进近阶段B系统EDP低压灯亮,将B系统EDP关闭后,低压灯熄灭,落地收反推后,右发反推灯亮。地面检查右发反推未收上,检查B系统液压油箱指针为0,机上B系统液压油量显示0。B系统液压油量损失的情况如下图所示:

检查发现为接头封圈存在形变

由于该接头上面还连接着拐脖,再接快卸管,需注意后面的调整角度,避免预应力,注意封严是否存在挤出的情况。同时重视复查和试车后的渗漏检查质量。

波音手册中,对于该处接头的安装步骤还是比较清晰的,先要将UNION安装妥当。

然后才是按间隙要求安装好FTITING【16】,最后才安装快卸的供压管路。

就步骤的先后次序和间隙要求与波音做了沟通,波音表示:

波音公司表示,参考AMM步骤是为了确保不会因部件未对准而产生预应力,例如与快卸接头连接的液压软管。波音公司过去曾收到报告称,由于方向问题和/或缺乏扭矩紧固性,液压活接头在使用中出现松动。如果接头松动/断开,可能会发生液压系统事件(低压、系统失效等)。

R1. Boeing finds that the reference AMM step is to ensure there isnt a preload due to misalignment of components, such as the hydraulic hose that would interface with the quick disconnect fitting.

R2. Boeing has received past reports of the hydraulic pressure union fitting being found loose in service due to the orientation and/or lack of torque tightness to the AMM guidance. A hydraulic system event (low pressure, system loss, etc) can occur if the fitting were to come loose/disconnected.

罕见的IDG掉电导致翼上应急门灯亮

2023年6月有飞机报告空中出现IDG失效,随后反映左前和左后翼上应急门灯一直亮。自检PSEU当前有锁存信息52-72007 L FL SW FAULT 和52-72006 L FWD FL SW FAULT,清除锁存信息后左前和左后应急门灯熄灭。

此类事件机队首次出现,结合历史PSEU内部故障可能导致部分指示异常的的情况。分析是由于电流冲击,导致内部逻辑门触发了地信号所致。

灯光测试会触发前和右起落架出现过渡态记录

机队有飞机在监控数据中发现前起和右主起空中出现10秒的过渡态。机组并未报告故障。

通过试车验证,执行灯光测试的时候,三个红灯点亮,单译码时会会发现只有前起落架和右主起落架出现WARNING的信号记录,也是左起落架没有信号。分析与灯光测试时PSEU接地信号可能有些关系。

因而,译码遇此类情况,可询问机组当时的操作,并结合液压油量做对比分析。

询问波音无果,并未正面回应

Boeing has reviewed the ref /A/ message and provides the following response.
Review of the provided QAR data did not identily a specific cause of the waming.Warming indications are usualy caused when gear handle position does not aoree witanding gear postion.In such a case there are AMM tests that would be recommended to verity operaton of the landing gear position indication sensors and rioging.The
following AMM operational tests are recommended to be performed:TASK 32-61-31-710-801 MLG Down and Locked Sensor Operational Test
TASK 32-61-41-710-801 NLG Lock Sensor Operational Test
TASK 32-61-51-710-801 NLG Down Position Sensor Operational Test
ASK 32-61-21-710-801 MLG Up and Locked Sensor Operational Test

在进一步追问后,波音表示:

After review of the provided data and the circuit for the press to test function of the warning lamps we do not believe the recorded warning was the result of the press to test. We have had occasional reports of the landing gear warning being recorded in QAR data. It is believed the recorded warning was due to variances in the voltage levels of the warning discrete circuit. Since this was not reported by the flight crew and had no flight deck effects we would not consider this to be a discrepancy requiring further troubleshooting.

 We are not aware of any other press to test lights that will result in warnings being recorded in QAR data.
