737飞机PTU流量限制活门安装封圈力矩

2024年4月有飞机,因PTU流量限制活门漏油,需更换封圈。

限流活门组件件号为65C26839-29,由活门本体(1121S1-12-14-0)、封圈(NAS1612-12)和节流管reducer(MS21916-12-8)组成,此次检查发现的是封圈损坏。

由于CMM仅有活门本体的分解,并未涉及活门与节流器之间的安装,且不明确该材质,与播音做了沟通。

波音表示安装节流器到流量限制活门的力矩为450 ± 23 in-lb,基于节流器钢材质,流量活门本体铝材料。并可参考AMM 20-10-51和737-SL-29-118查找相关力矩。

Torque the Reducer P/N MS21916-12-8 to 450 ± 23 in-lb when installing into the Flow Limiter P/N 1121S1-12-14 -0. The Reducer is made from Steel and the Flow Limiter Body is made from Aluminum, and based upon the material differences, the Aluminum torque values are to be used in the installation.

737前起拖车挂杆接耳断裂

2024年4月29日,B-5*13前起落架拖车挂杆接耳在拖拉的过程中断裂,极为少见。目视看挂杆被拉弯,铸铝的接耳断裂,未见疲劳痕迹。以作记录。

案例补充:

股份5*72/B73N杭州:2024年6月27日执行HU7054(杭州-海口)航班,杭州航前机场机务反馈飞机推出过程中前轮拖把剪切销断裂,后造成拖把挂杆损伤。

对于此类问题,波音提供10CY的NTO。在执行AMM Task 05-51-29 Exceeding Maximum Nose Landing Gear Towing Angle or Maximum Towing Load特检之后,10 FC provided aircraft towing is carried out per the recommendations in Service Letter (SL) 737-SL-09-002-M -Towbarless Towing
