反推折流门常见的部件丢失包括两类:
一类是反推折流门减震块
737反推折流门减震块设计上采用胶粘的方式安装,波音早期使用的胶粘性不好,容易脱落,因而发布737-SL-78-046,在线号1426之后的飞机上采用了粘性更强的胶进行粘接。AMM手册中对于一个减震垫丢失允许保留14天。当前机队的工程政策为,针对反推折流门专项检查,间隔为800FH,从机队发料量看,减震块近年来的发料量为年均4个左右。航线表现已经极少。
一类是反推折流门垫块
很少见,也采用胶粘工艺,没有厂家典型失效说明。
2023年7月的新案例
此类损伤波音给出了25CY的保留期限。
Boeing has reviewed the Ref/A/ message and finds it is structurally acceptable to continue the time-limited repair for 25 FC per Ref/B/, with the following provisions:
1. Apply Aluminum speed tape to completely cover the new damaged area reported in Ref/A/ while performing Step 3 of Ref/B/ instructions.
2. Ensure there is no interference with the blocker door after the speed tape has been applied in Step 3 of Ref/B/ instructions.
3. In addition to Ref/B/ instructions, on or before the end of time-limited repair perform permanent repair per Ref/C/ SRM repair on the reported damage in Ref/A/.
